How AyeIye uses AI
- AyeIye uses AI models through API integrations.
- Customer data remains customer property.
- Customer data is not used to train public AI models.
- Data can be exported, corrected or deleted on request.
- Tenant separation is part of the architecture.
- Access to data is limited to what is necessary for the service.
Customer ownership
Customer data remains the property of the customer. AyeIye processes customer data only to deliver agreed services, support, integrations and AI workflows.
AI providers and API integrations
AyeIye may use AI providers through API integrations. Data sent to these providers is limited to what is needed for the requested workflow and should be governed by customer instructions, contracts and applicable processor terms.
OpenAI API training use
OpenAI API data is not used for training by default unless the customer explicitly opts in. AyeIye treats this as a material processing choice that must be clear to the customer.
Tenant separation
Tenant_id separation is part of the architecture. Customer environments are designed so data can be logically separated per tenant, with access controls and processing rules aligned to the agreed setup.
GDPR rights and customer requests
- Customers may request deletion of eligible personal data.
- Customers may request export of customer data where technically available and legally applicable.
- Customers may request correction of inaccurate data.
- Requests are handled according to the customer agreement, GDPR roles and applicable legal obligations.
Enterprise deployment options
Enterprise options may include dedicated deployment, a separate database, bring your own key, or the use of the customer's own API key. The available options depend on technical scope, supplier availability and the customer agreement.
Human governance
AyeIye designs AI workflows to support human review, business rules and auditability where needed. AI output should be assessed in context before being used for important operational decisions.
